纵切并内眦韧带折叠行内眦赘皮矫正术的研究

摘　　要：目的纵切并内眦韧带折叠行内眦赘皮矫正术的研究。方法本组78列求美者均采用局麻，纵行切口并内眦韧带折叠行内眦赘皮矫正术，结果78列患者术后术后效果均满意，术后随访6月，有1列仍有轻度增生外，其他均恢复良好，结论纵切并内眦韧带折叠行内眦韧带矫正术是避免内眦增生的改良术武，值得临床应用推广。Purpose of slitting and angular folding inline canthus ligament flabby skin diorthosis. Methods 78 columns mad beauty all use local anesthesia, longitudinal incision and angular diorthosis folding inline canthus ligament flabby skin, and the result 78 patients with postoperative postoperative effects were satisfactory, postoperative follow - up of 6 months, one column is still mild hyperplasia, other all recovered well, conclusion the slitting and inner canthal ligament folding inIine canthus ligament diorthosis is improved to avoid the angular hyperplasia, worth clinical promotion.
