循证护理在预防呼吸机相关性肺部感染中的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察循证护理在临床机械通气患者护理中的应用及其效果。方法随机抽取2013年8月－2013年12月在我院接受治疗的136例机械通气患者作为本次研究对象，将其分成A、B两组各68例。分别给予常规护理与循证护理，观察两组患者并发呼吸机相关性的肺部感染情况。结果B组患者的呼吸机相关性的肺部感染事件发生率和发生时闾与分别是7．35％和（9．8±2．9）d，均优于A组患者（P〈0．05）。结果对机械通气患者在循证护理理念引导下给予其必要护理，可以减少患者有关呼吸机相关的肺部感染概率情况．改普其预后情况，提高基础护理质量。Objective ： To observe the effect of evidence - based nursing to prevent respirator - related pulmonary infection in mechanically ventilated patients. Methods： 136 patients ven- tilated mechanically in ICU from Aug 2013 to Dee 2013 in my hospital were divided randomly into group A and group B. They were given respectively the routine nursing and evidenee - based nursing. After the nursing, the pulmonary infection of patients in two groups was compared. Results： The rate of pulmonary infection in group B （7, 35% ） was greatly lower than that in group A （36.76%）, and the time of mechanieal ventilation when the pulmonary inf^tion happened was also longer than that of group A. There was a signifieant difference between two groups. Con- dusion t The result indieatod the ovidence - based nursing could reduce the rate of the respirator - related pulmonary infection in mechanically ventilated patients, improve prognosis and improve the quldity of nursing.
