摘　　要：随着全球环保政策的趋紧，国内环保政策密集出台，一些染料企业由于环保要求的升级而被迫退出市场，文中论述了环保政策对染料业发展的正反两方面的双重影响，分析了问题和原因，并提出了对策。As the global environmental policy tightening, the domestic environmental protection policies issued, some dye enterprises were forced to withdraw from the market because of environmental requirements of the upgrade. This paper discussed two positive and negative double influence of the environmental policy on the development of the dye industry, analyzed the problems and reasons, and put forward some countermeasures.
