外伤性肾上腺血肿的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的分析外伤性肾上腺血肿的C T影像特点,评价C T检查在外伤性肾上腺血肿诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经C T随访及手术证实的1 5例外伤性肾上腺血肿的C T影像资料,所有病例均行C T常规扫描,其中6例行C T增强扫描,8例随访观察,2例经手术证实。结果 15例患者中,1例为双侧肾上腺血肿,其余均为右侧肾上腺血肿,其中3例肾上腺周围脂肪间隙出现线条状出血影,合并其它脏器损伤者13例。结论 C T能够准确显示外伤性肾上腺血肿不同时期的影像表现,对外伤性肾上腺血肿的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。Objective To analyze the CT imaging features of adrenal injury, and evaluate the value. Methods Unenhancedand contrast-enhanced CT examination of 15 patients with adrenal injury confirmed by follow-up and surgery were retrospectively analyzed,underwent routine CT scan, 6 of routine enhanced CT scanning, 8 of follow-up, 2 of surgery. Results 1 cases were bilateral, 14 cases were right unilateral, 3 cases appeared as standing of the peri-adrenal fat caused by blood, Other organ injuries were occurred in 13 cases. Conclusions CT scanning can accurately show various imaging changes of adrenal gland injury, affording very important values for the diagnosis of adrenal injury.
