摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）检查在医学放射工作人员职业健康检查中的应用价值。方法对北京市某三级甲等综合医院153名医学放射工作人员进行甲状腺功能检查;并对被调查人员进行个体年受照射剂量检测。结果医学放射工作人员个体受照射剂量在0.14-6.07 mSv/a;女性的FT3、FT4均低于男性,而TSH均高于男性;随着工龄的增加,非传统与传统医用辐射科室FT3、FT4检查结果的增减趋势相反。结论甲状腺FT3、FT4、TSH检查是一项有效、易于操作的检查,应将其列为医学放射工作人员职业健康检查中常规必检项目。[ Objective] To investigate the application value of tests about thyroid free triiodothyronine （ FT3 ）, free thyroxine （ FT4 ） and thyroid stimulating hormone {TSH} on the occupational health examination of medical radiation workers. [ Methods] The thyroid function test was conducted in 153 medical radiation workers of a third-grade class-A general hospital in Beijing, and individual annual radiation exposure dose was detected in respondents. [ Results ] The individual radiation exposure dose of medical radiation workers was between 0.14 mSv/a and 6.07 mSv/a. The results of FT3 and PT4 in females were lower than those in males, while the results of TSH in females were higher than those in males. With the increasing length of service, the change tendency of the FT3 and FT4 results in the non-traditional medical radiation departments was opposite to that in the traditional medical radiation departments. [ Conclusion] The thyroid function test of FT3 , FT4 and TSH is effective and easy to operate, which should be listed as one routine item of occupational health examination in medical radiation workers.
