摘　　要：目的了解广州市船舶修造企业劳务工人职业健康状况。方法对2011、2012年广州市4家国有大型造船企业劳务工人职业健康检查数据进行分析。结果职业健康检查结果异常率为10.43%,其中胸片异常率为6.40%、血常规为4.57%、电测听为13.85%;上岗前职业健康检查异常率为8.79%、在岗期间职业健康检查异常率为11.85%,离岗时职业健康检查异常率为8.70%。结论船舶修造企业劳务工人职业健康状况严峻,应加强对用工单位和用人单位的监管,加强工作场所通风、降温措施,加强个体防护。[ Objective] To understand the occupational health status of labors in ship shipbuilding enterprises in Guangzhou City. [ Methods] The data of occupational health examination in labors fl＇om 4 state-owned large shipbuilding enterprises in Guangzhou City in 2011 and 2012 were analyzed. [ Results] The abnormal rate of results in the occupational health examination was 10.43% , while the abnormal rate of chest radiograph, blood routine test and audiometry was 6.40% , 4.57% and 13.85% , respectively. The abnormal rate of results in the pre-post, in-service and leaving-post occupational health examination was 8.79% , 11.85 % and 8.70% , respectively. [ Conclusion] The occupational health status of labors in ship shipbuilding enterprises is grim. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision on employers, improve the ventilation and cooling measures in workplace, and enhance the individual protection.
