防城港市暗娼人群艾滋病高危行为创新干预工作效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解创新干预模式对暗娼人群高危行为干预的效果,评估创新干预工作模式的可行性,为制定或完善暗娼干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法分别于干预前后抽取防城港市娱乐场所内的暗娼人群作为调查对象,用统一问卷进行面对面无关联匿名咨询调查并采血作人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)及梅毒抗体检测,比较干预前后的调查结果。结果经创新干预后,暗娼人群对艾滋病知识的知晓率,由73.13%上升到91.67%;性行为特征有所改变,最近1次性交易安全套使用率由61.44%上升到81.25%,最近1个月性交易坚持每次都使用安全套的比例由33.33%上升到52.55%;性相关疾病发病率有所下降,梅毒感染率及出现性病相关症状的比例分别由10.95%和33.83%下降到6.71%和25.93%。结论创新干预工作模式对提高暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识水平效果明显,但在促进高危行为改变方面尚未达到预期,还需不断探索改进,以期形成完善有效的干预模式。[ Objective ] To investigate the effects of innovative intervention model for high-risk behaviors among female sex workers, assess the feasibility of innovative intervention model, and provide a scientific basis-for the development and improvement of interventions toward female sex workers. [ Methods ] A stratified random sampling method was used to collect the female sex workers from entertainment places in Fangchenggang City before and after the intervention. The interviewees received the face-to-face noncorrelation anonymous counseling with the unified questionnaire, and the HIV and syphilis antibody were detected. The results before and after intervention were compared. [ Results ] After the intervention of innovation, the awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS among female sex workers increased from 73.13% to 91.67%. The characteristics of sexual behavior have changed, and the rate of condom use at the last sex intercourse increased from 61.44% to 81.25%, while the rate of condom use at every sex intercourse in the last month increased from 33.33% to 52.55%. The incidence rate of sexually related diseases has declined, and the infection rate of syphilis decreased from 10.95% to 6.71%, while the proportion of related symptoms of sexually transmitted decreased from 33.83% to 25.93%. [ Conclusion] The innovative intervention has obvious effect on improving the level of knowledge about AIDS prevention and control among female sex workers. However, the effect on changing the high-risk behavior has not reached expectations, so it is necessary to further explore the ways to establish the effective intervention model.
