摘  要:目的检测中枢神经系统感染患儿脑脊液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化,探讨其在中枢神经系统感染诊断中的临床价值。方法采用比色法测定48例化脓性脑膜炎和32例细菌性脑膜炎患儿急性期和恢复前脑脊液中SOD和GSH-PX的活性,并与对照组进行比较分析。结果化脓性脑膜炎组和病毒性脑膜炎组急性期脑脊液SOD和GSH-PX活性显著高于恢复前和对照组(P<0.05);急性期化脓性脑膜炎组脑脊液SOD和GSH-PX活性显著高于病毒性脑炎组(P<0.05)。结论 SOD和GSH-PX活性测定有助于中枢神经系统感染的鉴别诊断及脑损害程度的判断。Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of SOD and GSH- PX in children with central nervous system infections. Methods The activities of SOD and GSH- PX were observed by chemical colorimetry in 48 children with purulent meningitis and 32 children with viral encephalitis in acute phase and recovery phase,and results were compared with control cases. Results The activities of SOD and GSH- PX in acute stage of purulent meningitis and viral meningitis groups were significantly higher than those of the case in convalescent stage and control group( P〈0. 05). The activities of acute stage in meningitis group were significantly higher than those in viral meningitis( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The activities detection of SOD and GSH- PX was helpful for diagnosis of central nervous system infection and judgment of brain damage degree.
