摘 要:目的探讨血清β-痕迹蛋白(β-TP)与肾小球滤过率(GFR)的相关性。方法选择本院肾病科慢性肾病(CKD)患者200例,均已确诊,采用放射核素法测定肾小球滤过率(99mTc-GFR),采用胶乳增强散射免疫比浊法测定血清β-TP浓度,用SPSS统计软件分析99mTc-GFR和β-TP的相关性;绘制ROC曲线,分析β-TP作为肾功能评价指标的符合率、特异性和敏感性。结果 99mTc-GFR与血清β-TP呈负相关。肾功能不全时,随着99mTc-GFR的降低,血清β-TP浓度相应升高;根据ROC曲线,血清β-TP诊断符合率为92%,特异性为91.6%,敏感性为97.2%。结论β-TP可以作为肾功能评价的较好指标,与GFR具有良好的相关性,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。Objective To study the correlation between serum β trace protein( β- TP) and glomerular filtration rate( GFR).Methods We chose 200 patients with chronic kidney disease( CKD) diagnosed by the department of nephropathy in our hospital. The glomerular filtration rate was determined by using radionuclide method( 99mTc- GFR); the concentration of β- TP was measured by using latex enhanced scattering immunoassay; and the relationship between 99mTc- GFR and β- TP was analyzed by using SPSS statistical software,andthe ROC curve was drew to analyze β- TP as the evaluation maker of renal function in specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate. Results 99mTc- GFR was negatively correlated with serum β- TP. While renal insufficiency,serum β- TP concentration increased along with the decrease of 99mTc- GFR. According to the ROC curve,serum β- TP diagnostic accordance rate was 92%,the specificity was 91. 6%,the sensitivity was 97. 2%. Conclusion β-TP can be used as a good index to evaluate renal function,and also a good correlation with GFR,it has higher value in clinical application.
