聚桂醇硬化注射治疗各期内痔120例

摘　　要：为观察和评价聚桂醇硬化注射治疗各期内痔的临床疗效，将120例各期内痔患者采用聚桂醇硬化注射治疗，观察其疗效。结果显示，治愈86例，好转34例，其中I期内痔治愈率100％，Ⅱ期内痔治愈率92．7％，Ⅲ期内痔治愈率37．9％，Ⅳ期内痔患者无一例治愈。出血症状的治疗疗效为100％。结果表明，聚桂醇硬化注射治疗I、Ⅱ期内痔有较好的临床疗效，具有创伤小、痛苦轻、费用低、操作简单、恢复快等优点。In order to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of polysabinol sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids of different stages, 120 cases received polysabinol sclerotherapy. The results showed that 86 cases got cured,34 improved. The curative rate was 100% for hemorrhoids of stage I ,92.7% for hemor- rhoids of stage Ⅱ and 37.9 %for hemorrhoids of stage Ill.There was non-cure for hemorrhoids of stage IV. The curative rate was 100 %for bleeding.It is concluded that polysabinol sclerotherapy shows better clinical efficacy for hemorrhoids of stage Ⅰ- Ⅱ ,which is of less trauma and has the merits of less pain, low cost, simple operation and rapid recovery.
