摘 要:在视觉皮层中存在各种功能图结构例如眼优势图,最优方位图,视觉拓扑图等等,这些功能图同时存在于同一个皮层结构中,那么它们之间的相互关系是怎样的?各功能图之间是否存在相互影响?本实验运用光学成像的方法发现在猫的初级视觉皮层17区中,眼优势功能图和最优方位图与视觉拓扑图一致,均呈现出各向同性.通过定量分析,我们同时发现眼优势图和最优方位图在变化梯度上存在很强的负相关关系,在高梯度区域功能图之间正交的比例明显增强.这些结果表明在猫的初级视觉皮层17区中,功能图之间具有精确的空间关系.这一关系与已发表的其它种属的实验结果类似,具有普遍意义.Cortical areas could form systematic maps with highly stereotyped structures according to different kinds of neuronal response such as preferred orientation map,ocular dominance map,spatial frequency map.Previous work gives us some evidence that they are inter-related instead of randomly distributed.Actually,more than one response property can be mapped simultaneously within one cortical area.The rules that govern the organization of those maps remain unresolved.Based on our optical imaging experiment,we found that retinotopic map is interdependent with other functional maps,all the feature maps turn out to be isotropic.After quantitative analysis,we found that there exists negative correlation between the gradient magnitudes of ocular dominance and orientation map,and the high gradient regions have more orthogonally intersection pixel numbers,which is consistent with previous work.Our research indicates that precise correlation of feature maps has a certain degree of suitablility.
