摘  要:利用不同形貌填料间的架桥、插层等"协同"效应,将一定比例的碳黑、短切碳纤维、碳纳米管、纳米石墨微片复合作为导电填料,加入到聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶中,采用溶液共混法超声分散,得到导电填料添加量少、导电性能和力学性能良好的导电压敏胶。With the help of synergistic effects of the fillers with different morphologies,such as bridging and latercalating,the carbon black,chopped carbon fibers,carbon nanotubes and graphite nanosheets by a certain proportion were used as the composite electrically conductive fillers.After they were added into the polyacrylate based PSA and dispersed using the solution blending and ultrasonic dispersion,the electrically conductive PSA with lower content of conductive fillers,excellent electrically conductivity and mechanical properties was obtained.
