摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定柏药灌肠液中盐酸小檗碱和乌药醚内酯的HPLC方法。方法：采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈（A）-0.1%磷酸溶液（B）为流动相,梯度洗脱（0~5 min,40%A;5~10 min,40%A→60%A;10~15 min,60%A;15~20 min,60%A→40%A）,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长235 nm,柱温30℃。结果：盐酸小檗碱和乌药醚内酯的线性范围分别为21.20~212.0μg·mL-1（r=0.9995）和10.72~107.2μg·mL-1（r=0.9997）;回收率（n=6）分别为98.8%和98.6%,RSD分别为1.4%和1.6%。结论：该方法灵敏度高,专属性强,可用于柏药灌肠液的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride and linderane in Baiyao rectal solution. Methods： A ZORBAX SB - C18 column（250 mm × 4. 6 ram,5 μm） was used, and the mobile phase was acetonitrile （A） - 0. 1% phosphoric acid （B） and eluted with a gradient （ 0 - 5 min, 40%A;5 - 10 rain,40% A→60% A; 10 - 15 min,60% A; 15 - 20 rain,60% A--~40% A）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min - 1, the detection wavelength was set at 235 nm, and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results： The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride and linderane were 21.20 -212.0 μg· mL-1 （r = 0. 9995 ） and 10. 72 -107.2μg · mL-1 （r =0. 9997） ,respectively;the mean recoveries were 98.8% and 98.6% with RSDs of 1.4% and 1.6% ,respectively. Conclusion：The established method is sensitive and specific,which can be used for quality control of Baiyao rectal solution.
