摘　　要：针对维吾尔语特点从图书馆角度进行分析,对各民族字符集进行了系统的归纳和总结。在ORACLE ADF和JSF技术的支持下,提出了"统一"与"特色"的多语种编程思路,解决了维尔语在大型数据库ORACLE中的存储、显示和检索的问题,实现了民族语言的本地化。According to the characteristics of the uygur language from the perspective of library were analyzed, and the set of all ethnic groups in the induction and summary of the system. In ORACLE ADF and JSF technology support, put forward the ＂unity＂ and ＂characteristic＂ multilingual programming ideas, solve the language, in a large database of storage, display and retrieval problem in ORACLE, realize the localization of national language.
