伏安法对聚苯胺溶液中铅的检测与分析

摘  要:本文利用化学氧化法合成的聚苯胺作为吸附剂,研究了伏安法测定痕量经聚苯胺吸附后溶液中的铅离子。研究发现:在电位-0.51V能产生铅的灵敏溶出峰,线性范围分别为0.008-0.08μg/L,检出限分别为2.0×10^-9g/L。利用聚苯胺,对初始浓度为1.0×10^-3g/L的标准溶液吸附,Pb^2+最大吸附量为0.299mg/g,吸附率为99.94%。通过采用1.6mol/LHNO3解吸,得到回收率为97%,富集倍数为10倍。可用于水中痕量铅的富集与测定,结果满意。In this paper, polyaniline combined by chemistry oxo -process is used as absorbent; it studies voltammetry to measure the lead in solution which is absorbed by rahammetry. The research discovered that electric potential - 0.51V separately produced the sensitive stripping peak of lead; the linearity range is 0.008 -0.08 g/L respectively; and the picking out limit is 2.0 × 10^-9g/L respectively. It adsorpted the standard solution, whose preliminary test isl. 0×10^-3 g/L while the biggest adsorptive capacity of Pb^2+ is 0.299mg/g, and the adsorption rate is 99.94% by polyaniline. By adopting the desorption with 1.6mol/L HNO3, the returns - ratio is 97%, and the multiple for original 10 is times. The result is satisfied, because they can concentrate and measure the cadmium and lead.
