摘　　要：伴随着金融业的快速发展,金融消费者群体日益发展壮大,金融消费过程中因消费者权益被侵害而引发的纠纷越来越多。从金融市场长远发展的角度来看,保护金融消费者权益,不仅是消费者的自身需要,也是金融体系健康发展的关键,因此,加快金融消费者权益的保护迫在眉睫。此次调研在充分了解金融消费者权益现状的基础上提出了相关建议和对策。With the rapid development of the financial industry, financial consumers are growing stronger,and more and more consumer rights are infringed in the financial consumption process. From the long-term development of the financial market perspective, protection of financial consumer is not only the need of the financial system but also the key to the healthy development. Therefore, it is necessary that protect the rights and interests. The research puts forward related suggestions and countermeasures based on the full understanding of the current situation of the financial interests of consumers.
