中医痰证性疾病与细胞黏附分子表达的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医痰证性疾病与ICAM-1蛋白之间的内在联系。方法:应用ELISA法检测辨证明确的中医"痰核"性疾病——甲状腺腺瘤、淋巴结结核、乳腺纤维腺瘤患者各15例的血清和15例健康志愿者的血清中sICAM-1的OD值表达。结果:甲状腺腺瘤组、乳腺腺瘤组、淋巴结结核组与健康志愿者组在波长为450nm时吸光度OD值比较,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;而甲状腺腺瘤组、乳腺腺瘤组、淋巴结结核组三者之间相互比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:ELISA法测定sICAM-1蛋白含量,甲状腺腺瘤组、淋巴结结核组、乳腺腺瘤组在波长为450nm时吸光度OD值均高于健康志愿者组,说明甲状腺腺瘤、淋巴结结核、乳腺纤维腺瘤患者血清中ICAM-1的含量与中医痰证性疾病有一定的联系。Objective ：To study the internal relation of TCM phlegm syndrome and ICAM - 1. Methods ： ELISA method was used to test the OD values of ICAM - 1 of blood serum of the thyroid adenoma patients, lymphoid tuberculosis patients, fibroadeno- ma of breast patients and health volunteers. There were 15 patients in each group. All of these diseases were TCM phlegm syndrome. Results ： The comparison of difference of absorbance OD values at a wavelength 450 nm sICAM - 1 between the thyroid adenoma group,lymphoid tuberculosis group,fibroadenoma of breast group and health group was significant（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The comparison among the thyroid adenoma group, lymphoid tuberculosis group, fibroadenoma of breast group was not significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：ELISA method can test content of sICAM - 1. The absorbance OD values at a wavelength 450nm of sICAM - 1 of thyroid adenoma group,lymphoid tuberculosis group and fibroadenoma of breast group were higher than that of health group, indicating there are certain relations of the content of ICAM - 1 of blood serum of thyroid adenoma patients ,lymphoid tuberculosis patients and fibroadenoma of breast patients with Chinese medicine phlegm syndrome.
