摘　　要：五积散乃一首千古名方,其组方用药相对较多,不少医家嫌其杂而不精,故可查之案并不多见,然五积散组方精妙,诸药合用,能消寒、食、气、血、痰五积,共奏散寒除湿,气血同治,痰食并消之功,临证可用之证甚广,今就应用五积散治疗夹食伤寒案、闭经肥胖案、双肩痹痛案作一报道。Wujisan is a very famous prescription which consists of more herbal medicines. Physicians thought Wujisan has herbal medicines too much and no refining. In fact, the use of herbal medicines in Wujisan is very ingenious. The drug combination can treat cold,food, qi,blood and phlegm accumulation to achieve the purpose of dispelling cold and removing dampness, treating qi and blood at the same time. It can be used very widely in clinic. This paper introduces the cases of the Wujisan to treat Jiashishanghan, amenorrhea due to obesity and shoulders pain.
