叶天士在消渴证的辨证与治疗方面的继承与创新

摘　　要：叶天士在温病学派中占有非常重要的地位,其主要著作《温热论》不仅为温病的确立治疗确立了准绳,而卫气营血的辩证理论在杂病中也有广泛的应用。《临证指南医案》为叶天士的门人所辑的叶天士的医案,能够准确的反映出叶天士的处方特点,与《温热论》比较可以探究其有关消渴的辩证与治疗方面继承与创新。YE Tianshi occupies a very important position in the school of epidemic febrile disease, whose main works of Treatise on Febrile Diseases not only established the principle of treatment and Wei - qi - ying - xue theory also has wide application in diseases. His disciples edited a guide to clinical practice with medical record ,which can accurately reflect the characteristics of YE＇s prescription. Compared with the Treatise on Febrile Diseases which can explore the aspect of the diabetes treatment and differentiation inheritance and innovation.
