滋肾活血方对156例糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1、CPR的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾活血方对156例糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)CPR的变化及与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法:将156例糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各78例。两组均采用饮食控制和糖尿病常规治疗。治疗组采用滋肾活血方治疗,对照组采用贝那普利片治疗,疗程12周。结果:治疗组ICAM-1、CPR、UAER、血糖及中医症状较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较ICAM-1、CPR、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血糖、血脂及中医症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:滋肾活血方能降低糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者的血脂,降低ICAM-1、CPR的低度,减少尿白蛋白的排出,减轻肾损害,改善肾功能。Objective： To investigate the Zishen Huoxue Formula on serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 （ ICAM - 1 ） and the change of CPR of 156 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients with stage Ⅲ of and diabetic nephropathy （DN） relationship. Methods ： 156 cases of diabetic nephropathy in patients with m were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 78 cases in each. Two groups were treated with conventional therapy for diabetes and diet control. Treatment group were treated with Zishen Huoxue Formula and the control group with benazepril tablet treatment for 12 weeks. Results：In the treatment group, ICAM - 1, CPR, UAER, blood glucose and TCM symptoms were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the control group, ICAM - 1, CPR, urinary albumin excretion rate （ UAER）, blood glucose, blood lipid and TCM symptoms improved significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zishen Huoxue Formula can reduce blood lipids in patients with stage Ⅲ of diabetic nephropatby,reduce ICAM -1 and CPR, decrease the excretion of urinary albumin, reduce renal damage and improve renal function.
