摘  要:目的:观察电针三阴交穴、血海穴对痛经大鼠血清和子宫的雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P),血浆、子宫、垂体、下丘脑β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的影响,探讨其镇痛效应机制。方法:将40只通过阴道涂片筛查的3月龄处于动情间期的SD雌性大鼠随机分为4组:盐水组、模型组、电针三阴交组、电针血海组。采用苯甲酸雌二醇和缩宫素联合制备痛经大鼠模型,观察电针对各组大鼠血清、子宫雌孕激素,血浆、子宫、垂体、下丘脑β-EP含量的影响。结果:与模型组比:电针三阴交组、血海组血清E2含量均显著性升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),P含量均无显著性差异(均P>0.05);电针血海组血清E2含量较之三阴交组显著性降低(P<0.05)。电针三阴交组子宫E2、P含量均显著性下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),E2/P比值均有升高趋势(P>0.05);电针血海组子宫E2含量显著性升高,P含量显著性下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),E2/P比值显著性升高(P<0.01)。电针三阴交组、血海组血浆、垂体、下丘脑β-EP含量呈升高或下降的趋势,均无显著性差异(均P>0.05),子宫β-EP含量均显著性升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);电针三阴交组子宫β-EP含量较之血海组显著性升高(P<0.01)。结论:对于痛经大鼠E2、P的紊乱状态的影响,电针三阴交穴、血海穴表现出一定的差异性,以血海穴为佳;电针三阴交穴、血海穴均可通过升高子宫β-EP的含量达到镇痛作用,但三阴交穴升高子宫β-EP含量的作用更显著。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Xuehai (SP10) on the content of estrogen (E2 ) and progesterone(P) in blood serum and uterus as well as β-endorphin(β-EP) content in plasma,uterus,pituitary and hypothalamus in dysmenorrheal rats, so as to investigate the functional specificity of acupoint. Methods :40 SD female rats aged three months old in the diestrus examined by the vaginal smear screening were randomly divided into saline group, model group, SP6 group, SP10 group. The rats in the last three groups were given Estradiol Benzoate combined with Oxytocin to prepare the models of dysmenorrhea and in the saline group were given the same dose of saline. The content of E2 and P in blood serum and uterus and β-endorphin (β-EP) content in plasma, uterus, pituitary and hypothalamus of the rats in each group were observed. Results:Compared with model group: in both EA SP6 and SP10 group, E2 levels in blood serum were significantly higher ( P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05 ). P levels had no significant difference( all P 〉 0. 05 ). EA SPIO group showed a significantly lower level of E2 in blood serum than that of EA SP6 group (P 〈 0. 05) . Both E2 and P levels in uterus were significantly decreased in EA SP6 group (P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0. 01 ) and E2/P ratios were increased (P 〉 0. 05 ). E2 levels in uterus increased significantly in EA SP10 group and P levels were significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0. 01 ) and E2/P ratio was increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). β- EP levels in blood plasma,pituitary and hypothalamus were elevated or downward trend in EA SP6 and SP10 group with no significant difference ( all P 〉 0. 05 ) and β-EP levels in uterus were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ). EA SP6 group had a significantly increased content of β-EP in uterus than that of EA SP10 group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : For the effect on the contents of E2 and P in dysmenorr
