针灸疗法对冠心病心绞痛的治疗情况综述

摘　　要：冠心病是一种因冠状动脉粥样硬化而致管腔狭窄或阻塞,从而导致心肌缺血缺氧所引起的心脏病。传统中医疗法中,针灸已被国际公认为冠心病的有效治疗手段之一。本文参考以往文献资料,结合临床,从中医穴位基本理论,效应机制,配穴原则、操作方法等方面对冠心病特别是心绞痛的针灸治疗情况进行综述。CHD（ coronary heart disease）is a kind of heart disease which is caused by myocardial ischemia and hypoxia. The basic pathological process of CHD is the luminal stenosis or obstruction caused by coronary atherosclerosis. Acupuncture is one of the most effective treatments among the traditional Chinese therapies in the world. This paper is a review about the acupuncture treatment for the CHD, especially the angina pectoris according to the clinical practices which depends on large kinds of document literature in terms of the basic theory of Chinese medicine aeupoints, effect mechanism of acupuncture treatment of angina pecto- ris, principle of matching points and operation method and so on.
