摘　　要：当今社会,情志因素对人体健康的影响日渐明显,从脉象的角度探索情志因素有独到优势。至今脉象与情志因素的相关性研究主要集中在三方面。1理论研究:整理总结历代医家相关理论以探讨脉象与情志的相关性;2病案研究:挖掘大量病案信息以探讨脉象与情志的相关性;3脉象客观化研究:借助脉象仪客观描记脉象信息以探讨脉象与情志的相关性,为研究工作提供了新的途径,开辟了新的空间。In today＇s society, the effect of emotional factors upon human health becomes increasingly obvious, at the same time, the pulse manifestations have a great advantage of revealing the emotions. So far, the studies on the correlation between pulse manifestations and emotional factors mainly focus on three aspects. Theoretical research：collect and summarize the relevant theories of doctors throughout successive dynasties to study the correlation between pulse manifestations and emotional factors. Case study：mine data from numerous eases to study the correlation between pulse manifestations and emotional factors. The research of objectification of pulse manifestation：objectively record the information of the pulses with pulse apparatus to study the correlation between pulse manifestations and emotional factors, which provides a new approach to the study as well as a new field for the whole research.
