摘　　要：阐述了信息碎片化时代图书馆与读者之间微交流的概念、特征、优点及模式,探讨了加强图书馆与读者之间微交流的必要性,分析了微交流对于图书馆员的素质要求。This paper expounds the concept, features, advantages and modes of micro communication between library and readers in the age of information fragmentation,probes into the necessity of strengthening the micro communication between library and readers, and puts forward some requirements of the micro communication for the quality of librarians.
