摘　　要：为了更好地满足用户需求并提高电子资源利用率,以广西大学图书馆读者调查的统计数据为例,详细分析了调查的内容及结果,并且从培训的系统化、多元化、全员化的角度,提出了深化高校图书馆读者培训工作的策略。In order to better meet users＇ requirements and improve the utilization rate of electronic resources, taking the statistical data of the reader investigation made by the library of Guangxi University as an example, this paper analyzes in detail the contents and results of the investigation, and from the angle of training＇s systematization, diversification and whole-staff-participation, puts forward the strategies for deepening university library＇s reader training work.
