摘　　要：基于对"马航事件"的认识和思考,认为图书馆在面临危机时应重视危机信息传播,指出危机信息具有不确定性的本质特征,其中不完全性和不对称性的表现对危机信息传播有重要的影响。针对自媒体环境中危机信息传播的特点,提出了优化图书馆危机信息传播的策略,即图书馆应该遵循系统、完整、主动、及时的传播原则。Based on the cognition and consideration about the ＂ MH370 incident＂, this paper holds that the library should pay attention to the crisis information dissemination in the heat of a crisis, and points out that the essential characteristics of crisis information is uncertain, which the incompleteness and asymmetry have a significant impact on the crisis information dissemination. According to the characteristics of crisis information dissemination in We-media context,this paper puts forward some strategies for optimizing the dissemination of library＇s crsis information, that is to follow the systematic, integrated, initiative and timely dissemination principles.
