摘　　要：提出将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术、互联网、计算机等先进信息技术与建设工程消防设计审核相结合,介绍了BIM技术在建设工程消防设计审核中的应用,该技术能够为设计审核提供可视化、信息化、性能化的解决方案,并在此基础上,提出了基于BIM的消防设计审核流程。基于BIM的建设工程消防审核模式提高了设计审核的科学水平,对于推动建设工程的消防安全水平具有一定理论意义和实践价值。The strategy combining the building information modeling （BIM）,Internet,computer and audit was put forward.The application of BIM in the building project fire protection design audit was introduced,which is visualization,informatization and performance.Then the procedure of the audit based on BIM was developed.The strategy developed in the study can improve the scientific level of the audit,which is theoretical significant and practical valuable to increase the fire safety level of building project.
