摘 要:制备一次短路熔痕和二次短路熔痕,采用X射线衍射仪测试熔痕样品的微观结构。实验结果显示:短路熔痕的横切面呈现2个铜的衍射特征峰,纵切面显示出4个铜的衍射特征峰,氧化铜或是氧化亚铜的衍射峰未出现,进一步将短路熔痕的XRD数据计算发现,在熔痕纵切面上,一次短路熔痕的点阵常数随外热条件的变化趋势区别于二次短路熔痕的发展趋势,但晶粒尺寸、位错密度和微观应力在变化趋势上均无法明确区别;相反,在熔痕横切面上,除点阵常数随外热温度变化的趋势无法区别一次短路熔痕和二次短路熔痕,其他三项参数均显示出一次短路熔痕不同于二次短路熔痕的变化规律。熔痕的4个参数与外热的变化趋势满足火灾物证鉴定量化分析的前提,可以进一步积累数据并应用于电气火灾物证鉴定中。In order to explore the formation of short circuited melted mark in electrical fire and establish the quantitative analysis of electrical fire material evidence identification,the primary short circuited melted mark and secondary short circuited melted mark were made in the different temperature,and tested by X-ray diffractometer.Experimental results indicated that there were two diffraction characteristic peaks of the Copper on the cross section of melted marks,and were four diffraction characteristic peaks of Copper on longitudinal section of melted marks,but were no peak of Copper Oxide and cuprous Oxide.Based on the further analysis,on the longitudinal section,the variation trend of lattice constant of primary short circuited melted marks and secondary short circuited melted marks caused by change of thermal environment were not same,but the trends of grain size,dislocation density and micro stress were similar between primary short circuited melted marks and secondary melted marks.On the contrary,on the cross section of melted mark,the variation trends of grain size,dislocation density and micro stress could differ the primary short circuited melted marks and secondary short circuited melted marks.Conclusion:the four parameters of melted marks can satisfy the requirements of the quantitative analysis in electrical fire material evidence identification,and further accumulation of data could be helpful for evidence identification of electrical fire.
