摘 要:现代汽车工业的高速发展,对汽车钣金件的外观和强度要求越来越为严格。诸如车门、侧围等核心钣金件,其冲压制件品质直接影响到整车的美观程度和制件强度。延时氮气弹簧系统(又称可控氮气弹簧系统)的问世及应用使冲压过程中机床滑块回程时氮气弹簧对冲压件的局部冲击得到有效控制,使氮气弹簧不回弹,或者微小回弹,延时回程,起到保护冲压件的作用。本文将概括延时氮气弹簧系统的原理及在汽车冲压模具中的应用。The rapid development of modern automobile industry, the automobile sheet metal appearance and strength requirements more stringent. Such as the door, side core sheet metal stamping parts, its quality directly affect the appearance and strength. Delay nitrogen system (also called controllable nitrogen system) the appearance and application is to solve the stamping process, machine slide block return when the local impact of nitrogen gas spring in stamping has been effectively controlled, the nitrogen spring delayed return, to protect the stamping effect. This paper will generalize the principle of delay nitrogen spring system and its application in automobile stamping die.
