摘　　要：对某高强板纵梁模具及纵梁开发过程中,出现的各种失效情况进行系统的讲解和分类,并从多个方面着手,以某车型高强板纵梁开发过程为实例,对高强度钢板冲压过程中的失效模式作了进一步研究,取得了较好的工程应用效果;有效的控制高强板的失效模式和高强度钢板冲压质量。This article will be a high-strength plate stringers and stringers die development process, the emergence of various failure to explain the situation and classification systems, and from several aspects, and a high-strength plate stringers development process model as an example, for high-strength steel stamping process failure mode has been further studied, and achieved good results in engineering application; effective control of high-strength plate failure modes, effective control of high-strength steel stamping quality.
