摘　　要：以光盘盒底座压铸模方案设计为例,介绍了压铸模数字化方案设计框架和流程,运用Microsoft Excel,构建合金及压铸机资料库,计算压铸件各区域充填尺寸,用CAD绘制PQ2图和建构铸造方案3D模型,并验证压铸机与浇注系统的合理性,使设计更便捷,对同类铸件的模具设计具有重要的借鉴作用。With the optical disk box base die-casting die design to example, introducing die-casting die arithmetic figure the project designing the frame with process, application microsoft excel, set upping the metal alloy and die-casting the machine database, calculation die-casting first each district of piece filling the size, with CAD drawing the pQ2 diagram with construct or purchasing casting the project 3D models, combining verifying die-casting the machine and sprinkling noting the system, make the design more convenient, have the draw lessons froming of importance the function to the die design of the same kind product.
