摘　　要：以铝合金发动机四缸体为研究对象,阐述了铝合金发动机四缸体消失模铸造白区生产工艺,白区生产工艺中泡沫模样是铸件成功的关键。分析了发泡模具白区的珠粒选择、预发泡、熟化、成型、模样粘合与组装等因素。合理地制定了铝合金发动机四缸体消失模白区工艺流程,获得了高质量的泡沫模样。Taken four-cylinder engine of aluminum alloy as a research object, the technology of white area in lost foam casting （LFC）system of four-cylinder engine was expounded, in which the foam pattern was the key to success for casting. The factors of bead selection, pre-foaming, curing, molding, bonding and assembly in foaming mold white area were analyzed. A reasonable technological process of white area in lost foam casting was made and obtained high -quality foam pattern.
