基于氢键自组装的新型偶氮树枝状聚合物的制备及表征

摘  要:首先采用4-氨基苯甲酸乙酯和MPEG-1000为原料,分别通过重氮化、醚化和水解反应合成了偶氮苯单体MPEG-1000-Azo-COOH;然后以3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯和4-羟基吡啶为原料,通过醚化、水解和酯化反应制备了单体3,4,5-三-(n-十二烷氧基)苯甲酸-4-吡啶酯;最后将单体MPEG-1000-Azo-COOH和单体3,4,5-三-(n-十二烷氧基)苯甲酸-4-吡啶酯按摩尔比1:1进行氢键自组装,得到了目标聚合物.采用1H NMR、DSC、POM等对各单体和自组装产物的化学结构和相结构进行了表征.实验结果表明:通过多步化学反应成功制备了高纯度的目标单体和聚合物;通过氢键自组装获得的目标树枝状聚合物表现出更为丰富的相结构.Using ethyl 4-aminobenzoate and MPEG-1000 as raw materials, monomer MPEG-1000-Azo-COOH was prepared via a three-step process of the diazotization, etherification and hydrolysis reaction. Then, pyridinium 3, 4, 5-tridodecyloxybenzoate was obtained through a three-step process of the etherification, hydrolysis and esterification reaction by using Methyl 3, 4, 5-trihydroxybenzoate and 4-hydroxypyridine as raw materials. Finally, the target dendrimer was synthesized based on hydrogen-bonding self-assembly. The chemical structures of monomers and dendrimer were confirmed by1H NMR, and the phase structure and transition behavior of the monomers and dendrimer were studied using DSC and PLM. The results show that a novel dendrimer bearing azobenzene moiety has been successfully synthesized through hydrogen-bonding self-assembly and the dendrimer exhibits more complex phase structure.
