不同剂量疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 比较不同剂量疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的临床疗效及安全性.方法 收集2012年12月至2013年12月我院收治的UA患者87例,随机分成3组：低剂量组（疏血通6ml）、中剂量组（疏血通10 ml）和高剂量组（疏血通14 ml）,每组29例.比较三组临床疗效和不良反应发生率.结果 低、中和高剂量组的临床治疗有效率分别为72.4％、89.7％和93.1％.统计分析显示,中剂量组和高剂量组的临床治疗有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但中剂量组和高剂量组的临床治疗有效率均显著优于低剂量组（P＜0.05）.低、中和高剂量组的临床不良反应发生率分别为6.8％、10.2％和20.6％.统计分析显示,低剂量组和中剂量组的临床不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但低剂量组和中剂量组的临床不良反应发生率显著低于高剂量组（P＜0.05）.疏血通治疗后患者的总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05）,但不同剂量疏血通组之间TC、LDL-C和HDL-C的改变差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 中剂量疏血通注射液治疗UA临床安全、有效,值得推广使用.Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different doses Shuxuetong injection on patients with unstable angina （UA）. Methods 87 cases of UA patients were enrolled in this study. All the patients were divided into three groups： low doses group （6 ml, n=29）, middle doses group （10 ml, n=29）, and high doses group （14 ml, n=29）. The clinic effects and side effects were compared among different doses groups. Results The clinic effective rate in low doses group, middle doses group, and high doses group was 72.4%, 89.7% and 93.1%. There was no significant difference of clinic effective rate between middle and high doses group （P〉0.05）. Which was higher in middle and high doses group than that in low doses group （P〈0.05）. The rate of clinical ad- verse reactions in low doses group, middle doses group, and high doses group was 6.8%, 10.2% and 20.6%. There was no significant difference of side effective rate between low and middle doses group（P〉0.05 ）. Which was higher in high doses group was than that in low and middle doses group （P〈0.05）. Compared with pretreatment, the TC, LDL-C and HDL-C was significantly changed at posttreatment （P〈0.05）, However, there was no significant difference among different doses group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The middle doses of Shuxuetong injection showed effectively clinical efficacy and safty clinic application.
