摘　　要：文章针对STCW公约马尼拉修正案对高职航海技术专业学生的强制性适任新要求,分析了高职航海技术专业学生适任评估存在的问题,提出了提高适任评估有效性的对策。In view of the new requirements of the Manila Amendments to the STCW Convention, this article analyzes the problems arising from vocational college students＇ competency assessment in navigation technology as well as puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the assessment.
