摘　　要：本文采用B/S系统架构和Java框架进行设计开发,提出能够满足软件项目风险管理需求的软件系统设计,并将风险识别功能、风险分析功能、风险计划功能以及风险监控功能等集为一体进行设计,从而保证新系统本身应用的有效性与稳定性,达到减少项目开发的风险性、提高项目成功率的目的。This paper uses B / S system architecture and Java framework, puts forward the software system to meet the requirement of software project risk management. It integrates the functions of risk recognition, risk analysis, risk planning and risk monitoring, so as to ensure the effectiveness and stability of t of the new system, to reduce the project development risk, and to improve the success rate of projects.
