摘 要:目的挤粘法检出医学生蠕形螨感染情况分析。方法采用挤粘法对336名在校大学生进行蠕形螨检查,记录面部疾患情况,检出标本在显微成像系统下观察并记录拍照,同时作问卷调查并统计。结果 336名学生蠕形螨总感染率为39.28%,检出的螨虫在显微成像系统下形态清晰可辨,毛囊蠕形螨面部感染率高于皮脂蠕形螨,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),面部无症状的感染率高于有症状人的感染率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蠕形螨感染多数没有症状,面部痤疮、酒渣鼻等疾患与个人体质有密切关系。Objective To analyze the circumstance of Demodex infection in medical college students by Squeezing and Cellophane Tape Method.Methods A total of 336 local college students were selected for the Demodex mite infection using Squeezing and Cellophane Tape Method.Sample was observed and taken photograph by Microscopic imaging amplification system,Health habits of the students were investigated by questionnaire.Results The total infection rate was 39.28%in 336 students,Demodex form was still legible in Microscopic imaging amplification system,The infection rate of D.folliculorum was higher than that of D.Brevis(P〈0.05);The infection rate of the university facial normal students was higher than the ones who had facial dermatogic diseases(P〈0.05).Conclusion Most of students with Demodex infection have no facial dermatogic diseases,the facial skin diseases such as acne and rosacea have direct relationship with individual constitution.
