摘　　要：目的探讨CT在胰腺钝性损伤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术或临床随访证实的8例胰腺钝性损伤患者,所有病例均行CT平扫及增强扫描,观察其CT影像特点,包括大小、形态、密度、边缘、强化特点以及邻近结构损伤情况。结果 8例CT提示胰腺损伤中,6例手术证实为较严重裂伤,2例轻症病例经保守治疗后CT随访复查明显好转。结论 CT检查对胰腺钝性伤的正确诊断具有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of CT in the diagnosis of blunt trauma of the pancreas.Methods Eight patients with blunt trauma were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were confirmed by surgery or clinical follow-up.All patients underwent plain and enhanced CT scanning.CT imaging features were observed,such as size,shape,density,edge,enhanced features,and the injury of adjacent structures.Results Six patients had serious injury,and two patients had mild injury and were cured by conservative treatment.Conclusion CT scan has very importmant value to blunt trauma of the pancreas.
