摘 要:通过富集、分离和纯化从长期受洗涤剂污染的环境中筛选出两株能以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为唯一碳源的菌株MB3和MB4,它们在SDBS浓度为100 mg/L时的降解率分别为70.80%和71.67%.通过实验分析确定它们分别为黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium sp.)、琼斯氏菌属(Jonesia sp.).对它们的降解特性研究发现,MB3和MB4菌株对SDBS的最高耐受浓度分别为900 mg/L、1300 mg/L.通过正交实验确定MB3的最佳降解条件为:酵母膏浓度为2.0g/L、接种量为6%、SDBS浓度为400 mg/L、培养时间为36h,降解率最高,达到70.35%.MB4的最佳降解条件为:酵母膏浓度为1.6g/L、接种量为4%、SDBS浓度为400mg/L、培养时间为36h,降解率最高,达到76.36%.将两种菌株按比例混合接种,发现混合菌株的降解率要比单一菌株的降解率高,且降解率最高可达85%.Two bacteria MB3 and MB4 were isolated from the environment long-time polluted by detergents by means of enriching, separating and purifying, which lived on SDBS as their sole carbon source. When the concentration of SDBS was 100 mg/L,degradation rate of MB3 and MB4 strains were 70.80% and 71.67%. According to the morphological and physiological properties, the MB3 strain was indentified as Flavobacterium sp, the MB4 stiain was indentified as Jonesia sp. Experimental study on display in degradation characteristics of SDBS tolerance was 900mg/L and 1300mg/L respectively. Through the orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal degradation conditions for MB3 :yeast extract concentration is 2.0g/L, 6% inoculation quantity, the concentration of SDBS was 400mg/L, cultivation time is 36h, the degradation rate was the highest, reaching 70 35%. The optimal degradation conditions for MB4: yeast extract concentration is 1.6 g/L,4% inoculation quantity,the concentration of SDBS was 400 mg/L, cultivation time is 36h, the degradation rate was the highest,reaching 76.36%. The two strains are mixed according to the proportion of inoculation ,found that the degradation rate of mixed bacteria strain was higher than that of single strain degradation, and the degradation rate of up to 85%.
