摘  要:胶束毛细管电泳(MECC)的重要特点是不仅可以分离带电离子,也可以分离电中性的化合物,但其检测灵敏度不高。为解决这一问题,发展了在线富集方法,此方法产生了峰分裂现象。对MECC中峰分裂因素进行了实验探究,在以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为准固定相,15mmol/L的硼砂和14mmol/L的碱性磷酸钠为缓冲溶液(pH=8.64),以苯乙醇、苯酚、苯甲醇为分析物质,探究了SDS不同搁置时间、不同注入时间及其不同浓度对峰分裂的影响。得到了正确的谱图信息,从而为在实验中避免峰分裂的出现提供了一些正确信息。The important feature of MECC (micellarelectrokinetic capillary chromatography ) can not only separe ions, but also be separated from electrically neutral compound,but the drawback of MECC detection is the poor concentration sensitivity. To solve the problem, an on-line concentration method have be developed, but peak-splitting was lead by the method.The peak splitting factors in MECC experiments were carried out with sodium dedecyl sulfate (SDS) as micellar phase, 15 mmol/L borax and 14 mmol/L phosphate as buffer (pH=8.64),benzene alcohol, phenol and benzyl alcohol as analytes. The effects of deposite time injection time and the concentration of SDS on the peak splitting of benzoic alcohol were investigated thereby the true chromatography information and the correct information to avoid the peak-splitting.
