城市间相互作用力对城市建设用地利用效率影响研究——以武汉城市圈为例

摘　　要：建设用地利用效率提升是缓解快速城镇化进程中土地利用矛盾的关键所在.当前我国正处于快速城镇化阶段,城市群已成为我国城镇化的重要形式,城市之间的相互联系日益紧密,科学认识城市间相互作用力对建设用地利用效率的影响对提高城市建设用地利用效率具有重要意义.以武汉城市圈为案例区,在采用引力模型测算城市间相互作用力和采用C-D生产函数测算各城市建设用地利用效率的基础上构建逐步回归模型,将城市间相互作用力引入建设用地利用效率分析框架,以解析城市间相互作用力对建设用地利用效率的影响.结果表明:(1)城市间相互作用力是影响城市建设用地利用效率重要因素之一,与建设用地利用效率成正相关;(2)城市间相互作用力对建设用地利用效率的影响在不同城市间有较大的差异;(3)将城市间相互作用力引入到城市建设用地利用效率的解释模型,可以提高建设用地利用效率变化的解释能力,形成建设用地利用效率的科学认识.It＇s critical to improve the land use efficiency of construction land in the process of rapid urbanization in China.With the advancement of China＇s urbanization,urban agglomeration has become an important formation of urbanization and the interaction of the cities especially located in the same urban agglomeration has enhanced.Therefore,it is of great significance for improving the construction land use efficiency to scientifically understand the impact of the interactions of these cities on the land use efficiency.To find out whether the interactions have an effect on land use efficiency,this paper made a comprehensive analysis by taking Wuhan Metropolitan Area as a case.Primarily,a gravity model was adopted to measure the interaction forces among the cities in Wuhan Metropolitan Area,and then a C-D production function was used to measure the urban construction land use efficiency,finally,a stepwise regression analysis was employed to estimate the effect of the interaction forces on the land use efficiency.The results show that：1） the interaction force among the cities is one of the important factors affecting the construction land use efficiency; 2） there is a big difference among the cities in terms of the effect of the interaction force on the land use efficiency.Accordingly,the introduction of the interaction force between cities into the the regression model explaining urban construction land use efficiency can better the explanation capacity of the regression model,helping us improvee our understanding on the land use efficiency.
