摘  要:桦甸大堤作为丰满水电站大坝的副坝工程,其防洪安全受到丰满水库水位及回水水位的影响。文章结合丰满水电站大坝全面治理工程设计对大堤原设计水位进行复核,以及对该工程百年一遇洪水回水进行计算,发现大堤原设计水位未达到百年一遇防洪标准,导致该工程洪水回水超过大堤设计水位,并对大堤的防洪安全提出了建议。The Huadian levee is used as the auxiliary dam project of Fengman hydropower station dam, its flood control safety is affected by the levels and backwater water level of Fengman reservoir. Combined with the comprehensive treatment project about dam of Fengman hydropower station, the paper rechecks the original design level of levee and calculates the backwater of flood encountered once in 100 years for the project, the re sult shows that the original design level of levee fail to reach the flood control standards encountered once in 100 years, then the flood backwater exceed the design water level of the levee. Some suggestions are provided to ensure the flood control safety of levee.
