摘　　要：本文主要介绍整体模板的设计及应用方法，首先设计好相应产品模具的整体模板，目前我公司已有顶盖外板、发动机盖外板、前后车门外板、前围板等制件的拉延模板。遇到不同车型类似的产品可以直接替换工艺数模和分模线，然后做相应调整得到新的模具。This paper mainly introduces the design and application of the method of whole template, the template design corresponding product die first, drawing template at present our company has top cover plate, the engine cover outer plate, front and rear door panel, and other parts of the cowl panel. Have different models of similar products can directly replace the process model and the parting line, and then adjust the new mould.
