胃灵颗粒的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立胃灵颗粒的质量控制标准。方法:采用波长切换高效液相色谱法同时测定胃灵颗粒组分甘草中甘草苷和白芍中的芍药苷的含量。色谱条件:Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%冰乙酸溶液(19:81),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长芍药苷为230nm、甘草苷为276nm,柱温25℃。结果:甘草苷在0.3939-3.939μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD=2.1%(n=6);芍药苷在0.4061-4.061μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为101.4%,RSD=2.2%(n=6)。结论:本研究建立的标准简便、准确、专属性强,可有效控制胃灵颗粒的质量。Objective：To establish the quality stander of Weiling granule.Methods：Wavelength switching HPLC method was used to detect liquiritin content in liquorice and albifl orin content in white paeony root of Weiling granule.Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） column was used;mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid（19：81）;fl ow rate was 1.0ml/min;detecting wavelength of glacial acetic acid was 276 nm,glacial acetic acid was 230 nm.Results：Liquiritin showed a good linear relationship in 0.3939-3.939μg,the average recovery rate was 99.9%,RSD was 2.1%（n=6）.Albifl orin showed a good linear relationship in 0.4061-4.061μg,the average recovery rate was 104.4%,RSD was 2.2%（n=6）.Conclusions：The standard established in this study is simple,accuracy and highly specifi c,so can effectively control the quality of Weiling granule.
