连云港市园区经济发展思路与对策分析

摘　　要：连云港市是最早沿海开放城市之一,但连云港市园区经济建设与发展在较长一段时间相对较慢。十一五以来,连云港市园区经济进入快速发展期。连云港经济园区的发展潜力巨大,前景广阔,应按照高水平规划、高效能管理和高速度发展的原则筹划园区经济发展,本着"资源节约、生态低碳、城乡一体"的理念,走"扎实打基础,尽快见成效,蓄势大发展"和"高精尖、新奇特"为主导的发展路子,高起点、高质量地定位园区建设,全面推进园区经济与社会建设的科学发展、跨越发展、和谐发展。Lianyungang is one of the first coastal cities in China to open up,but the park district economic construction and development of the city in a long period of time is relatively slow. Since the Eleventh Five- Year Plan,the Park District Economy of Lianyungang City has entered a period of rapid growth. Lianyungang Economic Park District has a bright prospect with great potential for development. The city＇s park- district economic development planning should be based on the principle of high- level design,efficient management and rapid growth,presenting the spirit of ＂resource conservation,low- carbon ecology,and rural- urban integration＂. It＇s necessary to take a development approach guided by the following two principles of ＂laying a solid foundation,producing results as soon as possible,and maintaining strength for great achievements＂and ＂sophistication and originality＂. The park district construction should be of high quality and positioned at a high starting point so as to comprehensively promote the scientific,leap- forward and harmonious development of park- district economy and social construction.
