摘 要:对某型柴油机进行了单点优化标定和基于功率的系列化开发,选择BSFC、BNOx、SOOT为响应变量,轨压、正时、主预喷间隔为试验因子。试验采用了全因子试验法,在试验数据的基础上建立关于试验因子与响应变量的二次多项式模型并取得拟合精度。由已建立的二次多项式模型对ESC除怠速点外的12个工况点进行单点优化。用某一功率档为基准,建立二次多项式函数进而对其它功率档进行标定。优化后标定参数经试验验证符合预期效果,表明基于DOE的柴油机优化标定大大减少试验次数进而节约成本。A certain type of diesel engine has been optimized by single-point calibration and developed in series based on the power, selecting BSFS, BNOx and SOOT as responses, and P_Rail, SOI_Mn and tInv_Pre as factors. The method of full factor experiment was designed, on which the quadratic polynomial model between responses and factors was established, and the titting accuracy was collected simultaneously. Twelve ESC working conditions points apart from idling-point were optimized by the single-point calibration optimization based on the quadratic polynomial model which has already been built. One power file was selected as datum to optimize the other power files with quadratic polynomial model. The parameters after optimization meet the expected results, which has been tested by experiments. This shows that optimized calibration of the diesel engine based on DOE reduces the number of experiments and thus saves costs greatly.
