摘　　要：反腐倡廉是一个系统工程,在制度反腐的新时期,要不断深化改革,完善市场运作机制、权力监督制约机制、国有资产监管机制,努力推进财税管理体制、纪检体制的改革,在体制机制的创新中提高制度反腐的功效。Anti-corruption is a systems engineering. In the new period of anti-corruption by institution, we must continue to deepen reform, improve the market operation mechanism, power supervision and restriction mechanism, supervision mechanism of state-owned assets, efforts to promote the reform of the fiscal and taxation management system, disciplinary system, and improve the efficacy of anti-corruption by institution in the innovation of system and mechanism.
