基于CLIMEX的柑橘冬生疫霉在我国的适生性研究

摘　　要：柑橘冬生疫霉(Phytophthora hibernalis Carne)是我国进境植物检疫性有害生物,主要危害柑橘类作物,在我国尚未有分布报道。本研究在柑橘冬生疫霉的生物学数据和中国748个站点的气象数据的基础上,综合运用CLIMEX 2.0和ArcGIS 9.0软件对柑橘冬生疫霉在我国的适生程度和适生范围进行了预测。结果表明:柑橘冬生疫霉在我国的适生性较高,适生范围涉及20个省、市(区),其中,中、高度适生区分布于浙江、福建、江西、湖南、广东、广西、四川、重庆、云南、贵州、湖北、台湾、香港。本研究明确了柑橘冬生疫霉在我国的适生性,对科学制订针对该菌的检疫政策和措施、防范其入侵和进一步扩散具有重要意义。Phytophthora hibernalis Carne is one of the plant quarantine pests in China,which can damage citrus crops and have not been reported in China.The potential geographic distribution of P .hibernalis was studied by using CLIMEX and ArcGIS,based on the biological data of P .hibernalis and meteorological data from 748 weather sites in China.The results showed that the suitable areas of P .hibernalis involved 20 provinces,munici-palities and autonomous regions,in which Zhejiang,Fujian,Jiangxi,Hunan,Guangdong,Guangxi,Sichuan, Chongqing,Yunnan,Guizhou,Hubei,Taiwan,and Xianggang were moderately or highly suitable areas.This study defined the potential geographic distribution of P .hibernalis in China,which is important for making scien-tific quarantine policy and measures,and preventing invasion and further spread of P .hibernalis .
