摘  要:内蒙古南部地区煤田冻结深度一般超出井筒深度15 m左右,冻结结束后由于封孔质量无法控制等问题,冻结孔极可能会成为各含水层之间的导水通道。矿井进入二期工程施工时导通冻结钻孔,可能会导致井筒倾斜、淹井等重大灾害事故发生。结合纳林河二号矿井全深冻结法凿井与半深冻结法凿井情况对比分析,在相同地层条件下,半深冻结法的应运已成功完成了井筒的开凿及矿井二期工程安全快速施工,杜绝了因冻结钻孔突水给矿井带来的灾难,为今后类似工程施工提供宝贵经验。Southern region of Inner Mongolia coal freezing depth was beyond the wel]bore depth of 15 m commonly, after the freeze, hole sealing quality was out of control and other problems, freezing hole would most likely be between each aquifer water channel The mine into the second phase construction conducted freezing hole, which could cause major disasters such as borehole tilt, flooded Wells accidents. Combined with Nalinhe No. 2 Mine all deep freezing method sinking and half deep freezing method sinking situation analysis and compasison, under the same formation conditions, half deep freezing method successfuUy completed the wellbore of digging and realized mine phase ii project constzuction safely and quickly, eliminated mine water inrush disaster because of freezing hole and provided valuable experience for future similar projects.
