摘  要:以溴化四丁基铵(TBAB)为催化剂,由乙酰水杨酸和乙酰氨基酚合成贝诺酯,对合成反应物的物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂浓度、NaOH浓度反应条件进行了优化。实验最终确定最佳反应条件:乙酰氨基酚和乙酰水杨酰氯的物质的量比浓度为1.0∶1.2,反应温度为0~5℃,反应时间为40 min,溴化四丁基铵物质的量浓度为3%,NaOH溶液浓度为5%。最佳条件下贝诺酯产率可达到93.2%。With tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a phase, benorilate was synthesized from acetyl-sali- cylic-acid-chloride and acetyl aminophenol.The reaction conditions ,such as molar ratio of reactants, reaction time, molar concentration of catalyst and the concentration of NaOH solution were optimized.Through the experiment, the determined best reaction conditions were the molar ratio of acetyl aminophenol and acetyl-salicylic-acid-chloride was 1.0 : 1.2, the reaction temperature was 0 - 5 ℃, the reaction time was 40 minutes and the molar of tetrabutylammonium bromide molar concentrations was 3%, the concentration of NaOH solution was 5%. In the best condition, the yield of benorilate came up to 93.2%.
